My husband Fiji, is my primary videographer. Many years ago we both trained at our local TV station in video production (the old analog days!) We learned lots from what our own wedding videographer didn't do, and applied those lessons to our event coverage. We cover events in detail and try to include all the people who are there. We search for what I call "random expressive moments". Most videographers shoot "over the photographer's" shoulder, but Fiji develops dynamic shots of his own that are expressly suited for video. |
"Dear Thalia and Fiji ------ What a lovely video that you two directed, recorded and edited! We couldn't ask for better background music, smoother transitions, or a more beautiful capture of the sunset and the beach. We will treasure this unforgettable memory for the rest of our lives! Thank you for creating this extradordinary moment of our life on DVD. And thank you for being a part of the moment with your level of care, skillfulness and insight. Without you we would have been stuck with that shaky, unedited video that gave us a bad headache after viewing it! What a joy when we watched yours. (and she wrote thank you in Chinese too." ------- Edmond and Sally Lee, (weddings by Bridal Bliss) |
